What type of services do you provide?
I offer both international and local group trips, visa services, customized trips, and a travel essentials shop, which you can check from the main tabs on the website.
What are the payment methods?
The payment can be made via Bank Transfer, Instapay and PayPal, after confirming your booking. Payment details will be shared with you once your spot is confirmed via Whatsapp.
What are the payment steps?
To complete your payment, please follow these steps: Confirm your booking and choose your preferred payment method (Bank Transfer, Instapay, PayPal, or via WhatsApp). Make the payment using the chosen method. After payment, send a copy of your ID/passport and a soft copy or screenshot of the payment receipt to finalize your booking.
How do I sign up for a trip?
This is an answerYou can sign up easily by visiting the “Trips” section on our website. Simply select the “Upcoming Trips” tab. Choose the trip you’d like to join, and fill out the registration form. Once you’ve registered, we’ll reach out to confirm your spot and send you all the details you need for the trip!
What’s included in the trip package?
Our trip packages typically include transportation, accommodation, breakfast (depending on the trip), guided tours, activities and sightseeing entrance fees. You’ll receive a full itinerary before the trip, so you know exactly what to expect!
What’s the maximum group size for the trips?
Our trips are typically designed for small to medium-sized groups, usually ranging from 10 to 20 people, depending on the trip. This allows for a more personal and intimate experience, making it easier to connect with others and explore in a relaxed setting.
What if I don’t know anyone else going on the trip?
No worries at all! Our trips are designed for people to meet and make new friends. Many of our travelers are solo adventurers, and by the end of the trip, you’ll find yourself surrounded by a new group of friends who share your passion for travel and adventure.
What is your payment and cancellation policy for the trips?
All trip fees must be fully paid two weeks before the trip’s start date. A 50% deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 2 weeks before the trip. If you cancel less than 1 week before the trip, 100% of the trip investment is non-refundable. We recommend making sure your plans are set before booking to avoid any charges. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible.
What types of visas do you provide?
Currently, I provide visa support for the USA and Schengen countries, with more services coming soon.
How do I apply for the visa services?
You can register through the Visa section on the website. Simply fill out the form, and one of our team members will get in touch with you. You’ll then need to share the required documents for processing.
What is your payment and cancellation policy for the visas?
Our service fees are separate from the embassy visa fees. While we will provide you with the necessary guidance to obtain your visa, please be aware that there is always a chance that your visa application could be rejected. In the event of a rejection, the paid service fees are non-refundable.
What are the steps to register for customized trips?
To register for a customized trip, simply fill out the registration form with details such as the number of individuals, budget, preferred location, and any additional information. Once we receive your form, we’ll contact you to discuss the trip details and finalize your plans.

Rahma the Traveler Community is a group of like-minded explorers who share a love for adventure and discovering new places. My goal is to create a supportive and safe space for travelers. Since I started organizing trips, I’ve built a community of over 120 travelers who enjoy exclusive benefits, such as discounts, priority access to trips, and special packages. What are the Community Guidelines, and what does it mean to be blacklisted?
My Community is a space built on mutual respect, kindness, and positivity. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all members, we enforce strict guidelines: 1. Respect is Non-Negotiable: Any form of harassment, bullying, or offensive behavior towards others is absolutely unacceptable. 2. Safety First: Follow all safety rules and regulations during trips and events. Your actions should not endanger yourself or others. 3. Positive Interaction: We encourage supportive and friendly engagement. Negative or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. 4. Professional Communication: Keep all interactions respectful, courteous, and in line with the values of our community.Anyone found violating these guidelines, including harassment or any form of disrespect, will be immediately blacklisted from all future trips and community activities. We have a zero-tolerance policy for behavior that creates a hostile environment. Once blacklisted, the individual will no longer be allowed to join any of our trips or events. We are committed to ensuring a positive and inclusive space for everyone.
